How do I join Bumpin' Rewards?

Joining is easy.

Where can I see my Bumpin' Points?

You can view your points balance anytime by clicking the Bumpin' Rewards bubble in the bottom right corner of the website.

Your points, rewards, and referral link are all available there.

How do I redeem my Bumpin' Points?

Click the Bumpin' Rewards bubble, choose the reward you want, and a discount code will be generated automatically.

Simply apply that code at checkout.

How long does it take to receive points for product reviews?

Review points are added manually after verification to prevent abuse.

Please allow 48–72 hours for the points to appear in your account.

Why didn't I receive my points?

Points may not appear immediately for several reasons:

• the order is still processing
• the action requires verification
• the points are being added manually

If you believe points are missing, please contact our support team.

Can I use multiple rewards on the same order?

In most cases, only one reward can be applied per order.

What happens if I cancel or refund an order?

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that order may be removed from your account.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

No. Bumpin' Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
