Refund policy

We want you to understand our return process before placing an order. This Policy applies to purchases made directly through Bumpin’ Cannabinoids.
1. 30-Day Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a voluntary return, the product must generally be:

unused;
-
undamaged;
-
in the same condition in which it was received;
-
complete with all original components, accessories, manuals, protective materials, and packaging; and
-
accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Return Authorization Is Required
All returns require prior authorization from Bumpin’ Cannabinoids.
Before returning anything, contact:
Please include:

your order number;
-
your full name;
-
the reason for the return;
-
clear photographs of the package as received;
-
clear photographs of the exterior shipping box or mailer;
-
a clear photograph of the shipping label;
-
photographs of the product and its original packaging; and
-
photographs showing any damage, defect, or other issue when applicable.
These photographs are required so we can verify the condition of the shipment and product before authorizing a return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”).
Do not send a return without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For an ordinary voluntary return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error for which Bumpin’ is responsible.
If we confirm that you received an incorrect item or that another shipping error was caused by us, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.
4. No Restocking Fee
Bumpin’ Cannabinoids does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Please provide:

your order number;
-
clear photographs of the package as received;
-
photographs of the exterior shipping box or mailer;
-
photographs of the product;
-
photographs of the product packaging;
-
a clear photograph of the shipping label; and
-
a description of the issue.
Do not discard the product, shipping box or mailer, original packaging, labels, or other shipping materials until we have reviewed your request.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement component, replacement product, refund, manufacturer-warranty assistance, or another remedy available under applicable law.
The 72-hour reporting request does not waive or reduce any mandatory consumer rights that legally apply to you.
6. Non-Returnable and Final-Sale Items
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, the following are generally not eligible for voluntary return once opened or used:

atomizers;
-
coils;
-
heating elements;
-
buckets and heating inserts;
-
nails and similar heating components;
-
wicks;
-
mouthpieces;
-
screens;
-
other opened components intended for direct personal contact;

used glassware;
-
products damaged after delivery;
-
incomplete products;
-
gift cards;
-
digital products, where applicable; and
-
products clearly identified as Final Sale.
Clearance or limited-edition products are only final sale when the product listing specifically identifies them as such.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived for defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product or variant, contact us about returning the eligible original item and place a separate order for the replacement product.
8. Refund Processing
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
For ordinary voluntary returns, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

9. Order Cancellation Requests
You may contact us to request cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped.
However, an order-cancellation request cannot be guaranteed.
Orders may enter processing quickly. Once processing or shipment has progressed beyond the point where cancellation is possible, the order may need to be delivered before an eligible return can be requested.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights that may apply under mandatory consumer-protection law.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products are covered by warranties provided directly by their manufacturer.
Warranty terms, registration requirements, exclusions, procedures, replacement options, and warranty periods are determined by the manufacturer.
Where appropriate, Bumpin’ can help direct customers to the relevant manufacturer warranty process.
11. Mandatory Consumer Rights
This Return & Refund Policy provides Bumpin’s voluntary return terms and does not eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
In certain jurisdictions, consumers may have additional statutory rights if, for example, a product is defective, does not conform to its description, required transaction information was not provided, or delivery obligations were not met.
Where mandatory law requires Bumpin’ to pay return costs, provide a refund within a specific period, or provide another remedy, those legal requirements will apply.
