Refund policy

Eligibility for Return

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition received
  • In original packaging with all tags, parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Items returned that are used, incomplete, or not in original packaging will be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Email info@bumpincannabinoids.com with:
    • Order number, reason for return
    • Clear photos of the item/packaging
    • Your full name and contact details
  2. We’ll review and, if approved, issue return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

    Packages sent without prior approval/RMA will be refused.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • We’ll evaluate and offer a replacement, part, or refund as appropriate.

Visible shipping damage must be reported promptly so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used items or items showing wear after delivery
  • Opened consumable parts/components (e.g., heating elements/atomizers, coils, buckets, nails, wicks, mouthpieces, screens)
  • Glass that is not reported as damaged within 72 hours of delivery
  • Clearance, final-sale, or limited-edition items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards or downloadable content

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item once approved and place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are processed as new purchases.

Refunds

  • After your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
  • If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
  • Your bank/credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Warranty Support

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, we’ll help connect you with the manufacturer’s support for warranty claims. Warranty decisions and timelines are set by the manufacturer.
