If a product arrives visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 72 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible and provide the documentation requested under our Return & Refund Policy.
This reporting request does not eliminate any mandatory consumer rights that legally apply.

Rewards, points, credits, or promotional benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the program prospectively, subject to applicable law.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of Bumpin’ Rewards may result in adjustment or removal of points or account restrictions where permitted by law.
15. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes
Promotional offers, discounts, rewards, coupon codes, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
