How long does it take to receive points for product reviews?

Review points are added manually after verification to prevent abuse.

Please allow 48–72 hours for the points to appear in your account.

Why didn't I receive my points?

Points may not appear immediately for several reasons:

• the order is still processing
• the action requires verification
• the points are being added manually
